I look at that remark as nothing more than "I'm not going to be the Alabama coach." If we're 3-5 on November 1st, don't be surprised if he comes out and says Al is gone after the end of the season. It lets us get a hard start on the coaching staff. Just like the Turds did last season.

It would be stupid for an AD to say anything different at this point and that was a dumb question by the reporter.

Blake has to be the least powerful AD in the country. Firing him now might give him a little leverage in keeping his job.

This AD is a *******. He thinks if we somehow manage to luck our way to the ACC championship, whether we win or lose, is enough to call the season a success and keep FAT AL. F**K that.

Well in that case, in addition to the opponent each week, I'm openly rooting for anarchy within the locker room. Another FIU type fight would probably do the trick and at this point it would be a welcomed event.
