Leach sucks at recruiting? OK. So does whoever recruited our Oline, etc.

Id bet Dicht wouldnt recruit WSU near as well, and would never have a winning season there.

I think Leach would have done fine here for the first couple of years, but his recruiting is even poorer than Mannys. That is my main concern with him.

I don't have a degree in recruiting science but isn't recruiting like a formula. If a school svcks how can they lead in recruiting no matter who the head coach is. Butch is supposed to be a recruiting genius but is he gonna turn FIU into a powerhouse like Bama or Clemson. A lot of factors go into it along with a coaches reputation imo the brand is more important imo

Never said Searles was a good recruiter, so I don't see your point. If your point is, our last coach sucked, so we should hire another schitty coach. I have to disagree.

I agree the brand is important, but when you are a power 5 school there is a bit of headroom you can make if you are a decent recruiter. This is the main reason no decent school will touch Leach with a ten foot pole. Also, Mike Doba used to pull quite a bit of talent to WSU back when he was there. Leach just sucks at recruiting. If you listen to the guy talk you would see why. He is just a very weird dude.

My reason for posting was About Donofrio. If he was still coordinator wasu puts up 30 in the first half.
Houston has some good athletes and was at least making the game competitive till the second half.

Yeah no losing season since 2014, he only lost 15 games in tha span.
 
Nobody wants Leach except for the whiny *** punks on the board! I don't want that muthafukka near this program.
