Yes, but don't trust Cristobal and his hires, and some continuity would be nice. I'm a Guidry fan and he was actually a CMC good hire, but I agree not irreplaceable.

I like Guidry, but I think LSU will try to get Blake Baker first. Baker is already in the SEC and he has done a better job this season against SEC offenses with less talent, including developing two Missouri starters who transferred from Miami because they couldn’t sniff the field.

But LSU can increase Baker’s pay. if Guidry does leave Miami, IMHO, JT is a pretty good DC candidate.

Guidrys defenses usually show a lot of improvement from year one to two. Really want to see some continuity, and see what he can do here in year two.

The defense held Georgia Tech to like 100 total yards and forced two turnovers. I get that they gave up the game winner but it’s not their fault Tech even had an opportunity to win the game.

If there was ever a time to play prevent defense it was the end of the G Tech game. As deep and as wide as the deepest player. Miami defense let a player get behind them. Inexcusable even if they should not have been on the field.
