UGa vs Auburn refs

The Refs were horrendous but let’s not forget that Auburn scored zero points in the second half and completely collapsed after the non TD call.
A significant portion of the collapse was continued blatant referee bias towards Jawga. Every 2H 3rd conversion by Dawgs was enabled by call/no call of refs.

Auburn isn't good enough to overcome that.

Neither are our Canes.

Didn’t you hear? According to UGA fans, he’s yelling, “THEY’RE CLAPPING!!”

They claim Kirby was trying to alert the refs to Auburn’s cheating, because Auburn was clapping and trying to making UGA players false start. 🙄🤣
Great plan by Auburn to have the guy 15-20 yards from the line of scrimmage simulating the snap in a stadium with 87,000 screaming fans.

On the subject of simulating snaps, Oregon did that late DL shift a TON in the IU game and got 5-6 false start penalties out of it and never once got a delay of game penalty. Nessler and Danielson could not figure out why and neither could I.

Refs blew whistle early and cost Georgia a touchdown. All good, they still covered.

Funny how no one is taking about how the fumble return wasn’t counted as a TD like it should’ve been. Jones came out of the pile cleanly with the football and ran it back, but Georgia got the ball at its own 1 yard line. It was never explained and I never saw any evidence that a whistle was blown. Refs were just clueless.

I've watched alot of football this season. Games from all conferences. The officiating has been HORRENDOUS. some of the worst calls - or no calls - I've ever seen. Yet there is no accountability for any of that. The refs never have to speak on any of their calls. Coaches have post game press conferences where they have to answer to coaching, playing, etc. But the refs just quietly leave....

Frustrating to watch.
And if coaches complain about the officiating they get fine. Total BS. Such an agenda in college sports…follow the Benjamin’s

“The SEC is known around the college football world to have one of the worst officials to call games,”

Poor grammar for a Journalism major, but I thought the ACC had the worst officiating? 🧐
We do. I thought the best officiated game was when we played UF (SEC refs)

If we ignore the Marty Brown TD called back, which was one of the worst calls ever.

Last year the ACC crews were decent overall. This year, we’ve had a couple horrible crews.

The one area where I think the ACC is better than the SEC is replay. The ACC is a lot more transparent and accurate overall on replays.

The state of officiating across all of CFB sucks.
