Holloway vs Mcgregor needs to happen. If Holloway wins he can cement his legacy especially if they fight at 145 he can make the claim he is the greatest featherweight in the history of the UFC.

If McGregor wins he can silence the critics that said he hightailed it out of the 145 pound division and would make a rematch with khabib Even more enticing with it being a champion versus champion match.

Holloway deserves a big money fight And he’s pretty much cleaned out the division.

Has to be at 155 if it was to happen..
 
Welp my gut was wrong... I thought Ortega would sub him.... Freaking Max looked awesome tonight.... Ortega got a ton of heart though... He was swinging away till the end... Tough ******
I was right about Valentina though... Glad she won and did so in dominant fashion.
 
What a performance by Max! My favorite UFC fighter, and it's great to see him look so dominant after all the naysayers and health issues. Can't believe he was the underdog in this fight! #BestisBlessed

Respect to Ortega, he's a warrior and gave it all he had, but this was Max's night.

Love the fight but will never happen. Dana does not want a strap on Nate, and that fight would make nate the number 1 contender in whatever class he wants to fight in. Stylistically though it may be the best fight to be made with today's roster.

Yeah fortunately for Holloway there's not much up top to damage, so he can walk through huge shots.

McGregor hasn't earned that fight. He'd also struggle to get down to 145 - he's not been there for three years.

McGregor decisively beat him already and tore through 145 before relinquishing the belt to go win the 155 belt. In my opinion, he’s earned any fight he wants at 145, including Max.

With that said, they would fight at 155 anyway.
