UF to the ... ACC ???

Jokes aside, it started out looking rough for Sumrall, but UF did a really good job of retention and portal additions. I really like what they have done and I expect a big turnaround for them while this crap is being posted. That got real, real quick. Being a Cane right now, I don't even care.

Flugaur said on his YouTube show yesterday that UNC will announce its departure from the ACC no later than June 1, 2027.

Be much better politically for the Heels not to be the first school out the door.

I wouldn't be shocked if some or all among FSU, Clemson and Miami got the ball rolling and gave its exit notice by June 1 of this year in time to move to a new conference for Fall 2027.

Once the door cracks open, the prisoners ain't gonna wait around to mull their options. See the collapse of the Pac-12.

The ACC as we know it has one or more two more years remaining beyond the current one.

UNC will have the first offer, but not the only offer. Whether they are "first out the door" or not is just an academic exercise.

I've already said that the SEC can permanently lock down the southeast, and block the Big 10's entry into the southeast, with the jumbo expansion model:

1. Miami
2. FSU
3. GaTech
4. Clemson
5. UNC
6. NC State or Duke
7. Virginia
8. Virginia Tech

Whether that happens or not, we will see.

ACC isn’t going to make progress if we keep taking other conferences’ bottom feeders. Miami had more SEC wins this year than UFail.

I would love to see UF move to the ACC. You know their record would be no better, and possibly even worse.
