gotta love this board. sitting here with the #2 team in the country and all you guys can do is talk rumors about chip kelly.. is your life so small and your appreciation for the Canes so lost that you worship kelly??

So true. Scary group so called Cane Fans.

One name I'm surprised I haven't heard for the bigger openings, is Mike Gundy.

He's basically the Mark Richt of the B12...probably tired of playing second fiddle to OU in that State...and He's "50 YEARS OLD!"

Completely agree. He's a **** good coach who has to play 2nd fiddle to OU (like jimmy Johnson did).

What’s the Canes related info that we haven’t talked about that should fill up our Monday four days before a noon game against Pitt?

He's a coach who doesn't give a crap about nor can recruit defense. Bizarro JJ, maybe. If UF likes losing big games 65-55 but hanging 70+ on cupcakes, then by all means..

Give me a break. The only reason people here care is cause we are hoping for Gator tears and misery if the strike out and hating on Gators is always in season.

Kelly's agent has been talking to UCLA, even before Mora was fired. Expect to hear Kelly to UCLA on Sunday after UCLA's final regular season is over.

If your goal is the win national championships the better job is Florida. Good look assembling a defense good enough to beat the big boys out there. Outside of a defensive savant Carroll, who’s had an elite defense out west in the land of finesse?

Oregon has had some pretty good defenses until recently. Put a lot of players in the NFL. Utah occasionally as well.

My guess is his “goal” is to make as many million dollars as he can while doing as little as possible.
Uif’s expectations are going to be sky high for their next coach, especially after Miami wins their sixth this year!![emoji1374][emoji1374][emoji1374]
Kelly will take UCLA, win 9 games and be a hero. I’ve read that he hates to recruit and I don’t think many coaches relish going into the SEC grind.

but you repeatedly said that Kelly signed the contract with UF over and over in other thread.

I don't see it happening. Second rate football program

Easier to get talent to UCLA than to Florida. It’s enough players in LA to split with USC. I’d take UCLA if I was him.

That’s news to me. UCLA isn’t a football school and never has been. Florida is the better job, easily. I do think UCLA would be a better fit for Kelly, but to say it’s easier to get talent at UCLA than UF is crazy.

Pretty ridiculous argument that UCLA is easier to get talent to when they aren't even the #1 school in their own town...

It's a big town. Plenty of talent to go around.
