No. I don't think the players should be paid "legally" as the solution to this issue. The real solution is to investigate programs like Alabaga & Clem$on that allegedly commit fragrant violations repeatedly such as boosters handing out bag$ of cash to buy recruits (everybody knows). Those schools that have dominated CFB the last five years should get the most scrutiny. Journalists, the NCAA itself and the Feds should all be looking at this.
