I've never used Uber but with the crazy parking decided to set up an account so I can use them tomorrow. Anyone here ever Uber to a major event? There are 4 of us, is Black worth the extra money?

Thank You

Walk away from the stadium. Clear the traffic area by looking at WAZE on your phone. If you ever walked through the bad areas of the Grove you can handle the worst of OBT and JYP.

Usually the prices are sky high ubering out of big events. It was $150 for us to get a ride back to our hotel leaving the LSU game last year after it only cost $20 to get there.

Uber is a great idea for this stadium, don't listen to the CIS know-it-alls. I have used it there, including after the bowl game against WVU. It isn't really that big of a venue and there are multiple pick up points.

Like posted get Lyft as well. Black not worth it for a football game. For me Lyft is usually cheaper but availability is all that matters.

Thanks for the advice about Uber after the game. We went and parked right next to the stadium and got out of there quite comfortably. The lot we parked in was part of the stadium lots and took vehicles right up to game time for 40 bucks. I would've used Uber based on all the reports that parking would be a problem, need to learn to ignore hysteria from the MSM.
