Take an average of the last five years and treat that number as if it's a precise figure. Brilliant. If you let go of the politics for one minute and do some third grade math, its VERY easy to see how many people have died of Covid-19 in the US. You only have to compare overall deaths to similar periods and make a couple of small tweaks. We are severely under-counting the amount of people that have died from it.
So stop with this political nonsense about how its being over counted. Its complete BS, and its an insult to the families who have lost someone.

A New York Times analysis shows a high number of deaths above normal — with the most recent rise in excess deaths focused in the South and West.www.nytimes.com
So stop with this political nonsense about how it's being under counted. It's complete BS, and insulting to everyone who understands math.
BTW, the excess death theory they're trying to exploit has been espoused by Dr. Levitt of Stanford and suggests that FL will see a huge drop by the end of the month. The NYT just exploited it for fear ****.
