Yeah TNT is always Thursday and Tuesday for NBA though playoffs may differ, especially this year.

We may be on ABC honestly... or depending on tv selections FOX or CBS

Lol at anyone thinking ABC. Against UAB... on a Thursday night. Jesus.

p.s. I hate the ACCN and Xfinity.
Already admitted I was wrong. Half of college football ain't playing, LOL at anyone thinking this is a normal season.

UM’s Sept. 10 against UAB has been relegated to ACC Network, which isn’t available in most South Florida homes.

Here’s why: ESPN is scheduled to televise an NBA playoff double-header that night, including Game 6 of the Miami Heat-Milwaukee Bucks series if needed. ESPN2 is carrying the women’s semifinals of the U.S. Open tennis tournament. And ESPNU is televising high school football.

Comcast and Atlantic Broadband are among the cable systems in South Florida that do not carry ACC Network and have been at a stalemate for more than a year in negotiations with ESPN, which owns ACC Network.

ABC will televise UM’s second game, Sept. 19 at Louisville, at 3:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m., with a decision pending. One other UM game was mentioned in the ABC/ESPN partial schedule: Miami’s Friday, Nov. 6 game at North Carolina State will air on ESPN.

Most or all of the eight other UM games are expected to air on one of the UM networks.

LOL at ESPN picking a tennis match or a HS game over a top 30 college football game when everyone is frothing at the mouth for college football and UM is always a huge draw. Must be something in the contractual deal where if ESPN can't show the game then ACCN gets the first dibs before it goes to ESPN2 or ESPNU. Otherwise, it's just Down Syndrome on ESPN's part.

it's on the ACC Channel around here so i'm sure it's on the ACC channel everywhere.

Would bet a lot of money it's a contractual obligation. ESPN has deals with the NBA and the US Open. Remember, this game was only moved to Thursday night in the last month or so. They can't bump the NBA or Tennis. ESPNU is somewhat confusing though, they should have been able to put it there. But then again, they do own the ACC Network and want to draw interest to it. Remember the first game of last season when it debuted? They put Clemson on, IIRC. So, Comcast on board or not, they're putting games on their new, shiny network.

Guaranteed if it was an SEC team playing, even against FCS, they'd play it.

Sling orange with sports extra $40/mo and you can get a free AirTV mini which is a cool little android device or an AirTV tuner and an antenna which gives you the capability to broadcast OTA channels over your WiFi if you pay for a few months in advance. Totally worth it IMO. I got the AirTV and the AirTV player. I can pull up my local channels on my phone which is handy when I'm out of town or something and the CANES are playing on ABC.

You still have to have an antenna that can reach the stations right?

The AirTV bundle where you pay for three months and get the tuner comes with an antenna. With that same antenna I can pick up all three major networks (CBS, Fox, ABC) from almost 20 miles away. Sometimes the weather or time of day makes a difference though. You can also get an antenna on Amazon or like $30 that you can put on the roof like in the old days. With that you'll pick up the towers from 30-50 miles depending on the antenna. I used the pole that the dish was mounted on at my old place to attach the antenna and then just connected the antenna to the cables that were connected to the dish. Those cables ran to the splitter behind the TV. Perfect HD local channels integrated with my streaming channels for $40/mo (plus the cost of the better antenna). Can't beat it.

Yeah, my problem is being too rural. I've tried numerous ones and the best I can do is putting it in an east window. That gives me about 12 channels but it's not practical, it literally has to be in the window, I think my metal roof blocks it too. I was wondering about a streaming option and saw locast on here yesterday but of course, it's not available in my area. I guess my only option is to put a big one on the roof or hope that the broadcast area rules change.

Doesn’t matter who’s playing. The accn still has to have their content otherwise it’s a worthless channel. They are always going to get the g5 non conference games, and bad conference games, even if the acc was the only conference playing
