A few updates from today's practice:

--Sam Bruce shakes Brandon Jones on an out and up for TD

--QB Jack Allison hits Dredrick Snelson in the back of the end zone for a TD

--Eichenberg having a great day overall. Whipped Patrick Bethel

Nobody said he was average but the criticism of him based on his film is that he's stiff and lacks burst from the edge. I guess it's showing up at this week's practice. He just needs to get stronger/faster.

WR Dionte Mullins, Miami (Fla.) Gulliver Prep

Comparison: Oklahoma wide receiver Sterling Shepard, a four-star prospect in the 2012 class out of Oklahoma City (Okla.) Heritage Hall.

Overview: Shepard is a great route runner who can create separation against basically all the best cornerbacks in the Big 12 and he catches everything thrown his way. The jury was a little out on Mullins entering this week, but he has had some fantastic practices, broke free from cornerbacks and caught a bunch of deep passes.

2. WR Dionte Mullins: Other than Harry, the Miami commit may have been the most consistent wide receiver of the week. He got open with easy and caught the ball really well. He and Miami QB commit Jack Allison really started connecting.

— Miami commit Jack Allison had his best performance of the three days. He truly looked like he belonged today. He seemed to finally stop worrying about the atmosphere and situation he was in and he just started playing ball. He threw the ball with more zip and really looked much more comfortable. He continues to show why he has a high ceiling.

Wasnt there a a video on the first round draft pic from byu gettin his a$$ kicked as a freshman then turning into an all american defensive end? Think he plays for the lions
