See here's my problem.

You are absolutely foolish if you think Butch comes in here in year one and changes it around. Butch will build u the greatest team, but it takes time to build it up. That's how he operates.

Actually, I think Butch could do very well next years if they got him in now. As I recall, Dennis left him very little in the talent area. Now he would start with decent talent and most importantly, a QB. Some quick weight lose program and couple loads of nice beach sand for the speed pits together with a 180 attitude adjustment, and results will come faster. Granted, after 3 years of Butch recruits will make huge difference. But we can win the coastal with Butch only. The other teams really suck; only Al can make us lose.
 
He's got Durkin and Mattison on that defensive staff.

They murder pedestrian offenses. The Michigan State game will be interesting next week.
