Darling, who had a bad season, was our best overall OL. St Louis improved somewhat from the previous year when he was historically bad, but he still had a terrible season.
 
My goodness, according to the grading stats you're all wrong. KC McDermott graded the highest for the year of all OL.

Now I do agree that Tyree St. Louis was a pleasant surprise.

Anyone who knows football know St. Louis was not historically bad after the va tech game in 2016 period

We could only need to change up LG and LT. Very important but it’s a luxury to have solid returning players at those other 3 positions.
 
We'll know we have something going when those type guys are backups, or we're saying they're the weak link on our starting OL.

Both kids will be undrafted free agents. McDermott will get murdered in space at the next level. In my opinion, he gets a look as a guard. Darling just doesn't have the lateral foot movement for the next level. Hope I'm wrong.

Why a pleasant surprise? This guy was highly recruited, has all the tools, and with one year in Searls system/coaching......are these not the results we should expect? ****, if he isn't in contention for All-ACC next year, we should assume OUR process has failed him.

Of all our Olinemen, Darling was the least. Kid lacks fire, effort and he moves too slow at the snap. I have every bit of confidence that our OL will be 2-3 players better.
