“It was a fun trip,” St. Louis said. “I got to see some things I haven’t seen before. My favorite par was probably going out the second night to eat with the coaches face to face and then we watched highlight films.”

The Florida coaches were selling St. Louis on the need for offensive lineman in Gainesville.

“They were basically telling me I would make an immediate impact if I came to Florida,” St. Louis explained. “They can see me playing right away and it would be good for my future.”

Did this visit help Florida’s chances of flipping the Hurricanes commit?

“Everything still being decided by me and my family,” he answered.

St. Louis said he was still committed to Miami, but when asked how firm his pledge was, he simply responded, “Who knows.” He plans to have a final decision made by Tuesday, a day before he is set to sign.

The 247Sports Composite ranks St. Louis as the nation’s No. 31 offensive tackle in the 2015 class.

Baton Rouge (La.) Central High School WR Terrell Chatman took his Hurricane official visit this weekend.

And his mother, Inez Chatman, told CaneSport late Sunday afternoon that the visit "went fine."

"We got all the questions answered that we needed answered," mom told CaneSport.com. "The best part was just being there, seeing what the University has to offer."

The biggest question now, at least for Miami fans, is where Chatman will wind up. He's taken several visits, and the hope for the UM faithful was his time in Coral Gables would seal his signature for the Canes.

But that's not the case.

Inez says her son will announce a decision at 1:30 p.m. local time at his school.

She says Arizona State, TCU, Georgia and Miami are in the mix - he's visited all of them.

"I'm not sure what he'll do," mom said.

Inez also said that Kevin Henry and his mother visited UM this weekend.

"He's committed to Oklahoma State - I'm not sure if he's considering Miami or not," she said. "He went on the visit just to look."

if you're announcing that means you ain't committed.

I'm calling sick on wednesday so I can watch this place burn to ashes.

Golden might have trouble getting 17-18 guys to sign with him on wednesday. We had room for 25-26 in this class.Golden has miami as if it were on probation.

I will not enjoy watching kids or coaches mock the U. But I will enjoy watching Al go into a sweaty panic!

That's fine with me as long as it counts toward that 9 ship reduction over the next 3 years.
