Tyree jackson enters the draft

That's fine. Jarren it is.

Someone will draft Jackson but I doubt he even sticks on a practice squad for long.

I think We do in Williams. And I agree Good choice for him, he would get even more scrutinized if he came back. He has plenty of arm talent and that’s already on display for the scouts to see

Ok but he still has done nothing to be handed the job. And also no matter how good he “ends up” doesn’t mean he will be anywhere close to that at 19 years old. Bring as many QB/DL/OL with a pulse at this point

Need competition. No biggie if it’s not Jackson. But we need more competition in here and Williams may or may not be ready

If we take a transfer QB, then it would make sense to get a guy with more than one year of eligibility. Taking a guy like Hurts, to me, is just confirmation that neither of the 3 QBs are worth anything. And then leaves us back at square one. Develop the guys we have and get a freshman/sophomore transfer. Maybe start eyeballing Martell Tate or Emory Jones after Spring practices.

very Good .. wanted scenario by most

No QB taken in 2019 class
Tyree transfers to the U
He balls at the U in 2019 in a non championship team and take all the reps from Jarred/Weldon ..no mention Perry as I think he is not the future
Young QBs could transfer or fail to develop due to lack of reps and live action
Tyree enters the 2020 draft
We focked again at the QB position with a better team in my opinion in 2020

Somebody please bring a great OC/QB coach and let’s see what the younlings got..give them a chance

Swing and a miss. Lmao.

Probably a smart move for the kid. Miami will end up hiring some 27 year old QB coach from Tulane or some ****.

I’m a fan, and I wouldn’t send my kid to Miami. So i can’t get mad when others look at this program and say “nah, I’ll pass.”

Has he even been getting a chance to earn the job? No because Williams was mismanaged by richt and co

But it doesn't matter...You can't take the risk he isn't any good. You bring options in, it's really that simple. Also, what if he gets hurt?

This **** isn't rocket science, stop accepting being paper thin.

Redshirt Freshman are putting up big time numbers these days all around college football. For f*cks sake, two quarterbacks won the heisman as redshirt freshman in the last 10 years. If Williams is the truth, he's gonna prove it game one against Florida. There is no more wait and see these days.

It's a reach, but don't eliminate Tate Martell if we get the right OC. Dude just seems like a Miami kid plus we have the Brevin Jordan recruiting tool. Bc let be honest, Justin Fields will be ruled eligible immediately and he will beat out Tate for the job.

Meh. What we could use is a guy like Jake Heaps. Lots of maturity and experience to help N'Kosi and Jarren grow. Ends up not actually playing because he gets beat out by a younger guy.

Of course if a Tate Martell were to fall into our laps...

NO. NO. NO. Not doing it to myself.

No one here knows how good or bad Williams may turn out to be but no c one will ever b convince me he would not be better than the two clowns that started this past year.
