“They are definitely high,” Boyd said. “After my quarterback, CJ Cypher, and tackle, Kweli Fielder, committed, they’ve been telling me great things about Miami, the program and how they are building something special over there. I definitely like Miami a lot.”
“They are great players and even better people,” Boyd said. “They work hard. It’s bigger than football with them. They are trying to make it to the NFL, but they are also trying to make their parents proud. I love guys like that because they only make me better.”
“Me and Coach TJeff talk almost every day,” Boyd said. “He’s been telling me a lot about the program. I know he just got hired, so he’s not going anywhere. He’s a great guy and a great coach. I like the way he instills discipline in his players. He talks to me about things in football and outside of football. He’s a players’ coach. I know he can get the best out of me.”
“It was a great run,” Boyd said. “I really like Malachi Toney and what they did with him. They came together as a defense as well. It was good to see that. They are on an upward trajectory. They are going to continue winning and be a powerhouse for years to come.”
“I’ll definitely be going out there for a game,” Boyd said. “I can’t wait. I want to see the atmosphere and what Miami is all about.”
