Isnt his brother a S? Why not take him? We got 2 safeties with any real game experience on the roster. He started last year at Tenessee played well.

If LSU wants him, I can't see how they don't get him. He could take their entire spring NIL budget.

Someone showed a clip of him whiffing on a tackle and everyone has based their opinion on that.
Oh so typical CIS.

Walker has 184 career tackles/11 TFL/2 sacks/1 INT with 12 passes defended. He has played in over 40 games with Georgia Tech and Tennessee. We wouldnt want to add that to a safety room where are starters in game 1 is Jaden Harris and potentially a true freshman? Or Markeith Williams with virtually no experience.

Oh and he is 6'1 204.

This from earlier in his career:

Appeared in 10 games … Made five starts at nickel back … Ranked fourth on the team with 48 tackles and four pass breakups … Had multiple tackles in all 10 games and made at least five stops in 6-of-10 contests

Wait then i found this:

Accumulated 185 tackles – 112 solo – with 11.0 tackles for loss, two sacks, one interception, 12 pass breakups and three forced fumbles in his career, including his time at Georgia Tech … According to PFF, is the highest graded returning safety in the SEC in 2023 at 77.5.

What???????? Highest returning safety in SEC? An we have no spot because of Marketih Williams?

If we're talking the last roster spot, then we don't need to compare Walker to Harris or Markeith, but to Balom.

Ok, is there some horrid PFF grade or something?

He has more tackles in 2023 as a atarting SEC safety than our entire safety room combined has in their career(if Meesh stays at nickel).

Yeah, but then someone is gonna show you video of that ONE PLAY in the Tennessee-Florida game to convince you that this kid is the worst safety to ever play the game...
