Simpson only has 15 career starts in college, that's a huge gamble for an NFL team to take in round 1. The only 3 QBs to go in round 1 with 15 or fewer collegiate starts in the last decade are Anthony Richardson, Mitch Trubisky and Dwayne Haskins. Not exactly an inspiring group.
