its clear that a culture change is needed and that this staff has created a culture with no accountability
but i dont blame the players they just know what they are taught
 
Does Richards think the practices under richt were better? Is he talking only about manure practices and program ?

100% agree with AR that we need to blow it all up if that means replacing the AD, replacing the HC/DC, bringing in better & more staff, and getting rid of toxic players. 6 years into the Manny experiment, 3 years as HC. Press the red button.

It doesn’t cost a dime to go 1 vs 1 in practice. Everyone wonders why this team has had a hard time early in games, and after a bye.. its because they aren’t acclimated to hitting.

I don’t think Miami needs to spend like bama or uga. They don’t need to sell facilities, Thats not why players come here. They do need to invest in better coaching and support staff… but that won’t make a difference without a change in culture… which doesn’t cost anything.

Before that it was Bowden. Back then they had talent from top to bottom… younger elite players waited their turn, because the dude in front was also elite. Maybe that’s where manny learned to force younger players to wait their turn?

The way to do, as imperfect as it would be, is a limit on cash and in-kind program receipts and outlays.

👆100% recognize I'm hitting the West Coast Hindu Kushy-Kush super hard.

Impossible to enforce with the review and control costs as much as the **** programs themselves.

They have golf carts for shuttling players around campus now.
