TVD playing this year- Mario presser

As he should be, TVD is QB1 when fully healthy

Grade 3 shoulder separation in his throwing arm. We aren't in the midst of a championship run. Shut him down. If Cristobal shows he's looking out for him even if it means possibly missing a bowl, I think he's going to think a lot more about coming back next year. Brown showed he's competent at QB. It will be good to have both pushing each other to be the starter next year. Takes a ton of pressure off the need to get an elite QB in the class or try to swing a big name transfer.
 
If TVD really does come back next year, I’m glad I’m not Mario. What the **** do you do in that scenario? Give up the potential future of the program for one season of TVD? Seems like Mario is going to need to have some adult discussions with his QBs after this season ends.
 
I mean it seems like

mario is going to have to cater to TVD because we likely need him next year unless mario and the staff wanna roll with jacurri going forward.

garcia seems like he might be the odd one out and portal bound

He'll get plenty of rest helping to prepare QB1 Jacurri Brown next year.

Jacurri can't survive a whole season playing like he did today. That is a bad GT team and he ran the ball a lot. TVD, with the right OC, will still be better for us next year. But that doesn't mean you don't have plenty of designed series for Jacurri just like Urban had for Chris leak/Tim Tebow in 2006.

Once again this all depends on the OC.
 
I hope they have his long term health as more of a concern than they do on playing him. I'm not sure they did throughout the season. If I'm a QB, I would be worried about that after this season and see when they started him and when they shouldn't have.
