"Put a smile on your face, ten miles wide", in regards to Inday wondering how TVD is capable of smiling.

The guy on the gif is Jani Lane. He was the lead vocalist/frontman for Warrant, and was briefly married to a dime (Bobbie Brown), the same chick featured in the video.

Sadly, he passed away almost 11 years ago. He died of alcohol poisoning, as he had fought alcoholism for many years, and tragically was found dead in a hotel room at the age of 47.
