So the HC you constantly defend willingly went into the season with 2 real options at QB? Yea, we’re ****ed.

That’s a fair criticism and I didn’t agree with keeping TVD after the Bama BS but Mario and most of us didn’t predict this. He took a risk on TVD (which is understandable) but it backfired. It is what it is.

I think the QB room looks different next year.

His RS is safe.
Staff obviously thinks a broken TVD that has a dozen turnovers in 4 games is a better option than JB.
Either JB has made zero improvement in his passing game or this staff is clinically insane, trying to win with Van Dyke, who has proven is not going to win you games but rather lose them for you.

My guess may be that JB is just that bad.

Only way we'll find out is if/when he plays somewhere else in 2024.

It's just insane that anyone can be worse than TVD at this point but then again the last few QB's we've had weren't all world either.

IIRC Williams doesn't even play the game anymore.

Given the egregious mismanagement of the QB room and Jacurri's apparent plan to sit out this season to enter the transfer portal, how on earth was there anyone debating against those of us who were saying all offseason that we needed BOTH a premier QB recruit out of high school AND a top-tier transfer QB after the 2023 season?

Seriously? Even those of us who weren't privy to the information about Jacurri intending to leave after the season were clamoring for that all spring/summer.
