There’s a number of people here that buy into that Tim Tebow, rah-rah, cheerleader **** and they think that’s how quarterbacks should act. Personally, I find all that kind of stuff goofy as ****. Almost like you’re trying too hard to show everyone how much of a “leader” you are. It’s about the relationship that the quarterback has with his teammates, not the show put on for fans. When I got to work, I don’t want a boss giving some bull**** inspirational speech everyday to motivate me to work. I want someone even keeled who’s going to pay attention to my questions and is willing to help me be a better employee. But that’s just me. Some people may get really excited about office pizza parties.
