does the offense really change that much? It's not like they have a guy who can run and throw subbing for a guy for a guy who just throws. I don't think this should impact the game plan at all.
 
scary if they really thinking about playing Kiel. Not because what he could do, just afraid for the dudes health, give his brain some time to heal

Hecht shills in here trying to build up Cincy's stumble bum of a backup QB. He proved against Memphis that he can throw decently against air. Get any sort of pressure on him, which we will, and he throws the ball up for grabs.

I believe this to be true. And I already see myself frustrated watching Dallas Crawford flexing his 5.2 40 speed, as he comes up short on several int opportunities.
 
This game is predictable. UM should be aggressive with this kid, throwing him lots of looks. Instead, Alf is going to let the kid dink and dunk and shred us the entire first half b/c Alf will play soft, especially with his safeties out.

Then, in the second half, Alf will try to be aggressive at the wrong moment, get burned, and then revert back to his soft defense.

All of a sudden, Carter, who Al's Army was calling a bum and a bust before the season, is now an irreplaceable starting Safety. Al's Army building him up to be Sean Taylor now that he has to miss a half. How can we hang with mighty Cincinnati without Jim Thorpe back there collecting scalps for an entire half?

Yea I agree with u. Kid can play for sure but when Memphis was able to get good pressure on him he looked vulnerable. We just gotta pressure him
 
Cincinnati might have the worst defense I've ever seen in CFB. I revise my score projection to:

UM 72
UC 13.

Memphis is pretty good.

don't subscribe to the "we should win " mentality, it's pandering to the vocal minority of Golden lovers. A head scratching loss this early would derail this train.

Golden can lose to anyone on any given day.

apparently you didn't watch the Nebraska game, cause we had someone in the backfield every time they threw the ball. We just couldn't tackle that ******. I believe the Cincinnati QB is much less mobile, hopefully we choose to stay aggressive with our scheme. But, we know how our staff lives for sabotaging ****......

We are now to the point where we have people celebrating 2 sacks on 45 pass attempts.
