just trust the process, the d line just has to be more physical and push those offense lineman around, thats what you see with florida state there collapsing those holes because they have the physical talent down there. were on our way there stay positive neg energy wont get you anywhere. plus a more efficient quarterback more conservative like ryan williams will make a huge difference for both sides of the ball. we may have had personnel to be succesfull this year but the staff chose to be loyal to the seniors because they stood by the U so lets stand by the U positively. god will bless them for staying loyal like that.:neonu: we will be back go canes

FSU has a competent DC that realized after 2 games that his scheme wasn't going to work and changed up and adjusted it to the players that he has on the roster. Golden & Onofrio will NOT do that, and 40+ points with 500+ yards are given up by the D.

FSU plays a one gap system. Our D-line is told to sit and react, thus playing a 2-gap system. The majority of this board has been calling for us to be more aggressive. I personally am not ****ed that we switched to a 3-4. I'm ****ed because we're not flexible with our scheme to adjust to the current personnel that we have.

Like Auburn's DC said earlier this week - "I'm not married to my scheme, I'm married to my personnel."

Not sure if OP is serious.

It should not take five years to build up the roster to "Coastal Winning" levels with the talent Miami has access to. Any "process" that takes five years when you have access to the nation's best talent is not one I want to be apart of...it doesn't matter if he inherited Randy Shannon's Miami Hurricanes or he inherits the 1971 Marshall Thundering Herd. Unacceptable timeline.

The negative defeatist attitude of a lot of posters on this site is amazing. Their wives probably cook them a steak dinner with all the trimmings and they'll gripe about the fork being on the wrong side of the plate while eating.
