I was going to do this about the offense but I think it would be interesting to do one about the True Freshmen first since this is such a deep class. The following list is in no particular order.
1. OT Jackson Cantwell 6'7½" 325
As hyped as Cantwell has been I'm not sure that most have a realistic grip on how good this kid can be and the type of rare tools he possesses. Just to put his strength numbers into perspective I'll compare Cantwell's testing numbers vs the NFL avg
Bench press 450lbs(Cantwell) vs 400-450lbs(NFL Avg)
Squat 645lbs(Cantwell) vs 550-700lbs(NFL avg)
Power Clean 365lbs(Cantwell) 300-350 lbs(NFL Avg)

Most OL recruits need 2-3 years in a college S&C program to come anywhere close to the above #s. Jackson Cantwell is basically entering college with an NFL ready frame (84" Wingspan) and strength numbers that are above or in the upper end of the NFL avg. This means that he can just concentrate on technique and fundamentals.
Despite his size he shows advanced mobility. He began as a Tight End and still shows exceptional footwork and lateral quickness allowing him to reach the 2nd level with ease.
He is already known for his aggressive and nasty style and had 158 pancakes in one season. He doesn't just block defenders. He literally drives them into the ground. His run blocking is absolutely dominant and elite. He is still developing in Pass Pro where it is said that right now, Cantwell is more of a "Catcher"(pause) than a "Puncher" when going against speed rushers.
Cantwell's floor is described as a "Multi year starter for top P4 program and early NFL pick. At minimum he is a dominant plug and play drive blocker at Right Tackle or Guard.
Cantwell's ceiling is an All American and top 5 NFL draft pick and and All Pro Left Tackle. "If he masters Pass Protection depth and Hand Placement, he has the tools to be the best offensive lineman in the NFL."
2. S JJ Dunnigan 6'2" 185
JJ Dunnigan is a versatile defensive back prospect from Kansas. The staff intends on using him as a versatile safety and/or Nickel defender. Timed at 10.94 in 100m and played DB, WR and KR in high school. Dunnigan possesses elite range with the ability to go from hash to hash with ease while striking ball carriers with conviction.
Dunnigan plays with violence and plays through would be blockers to finish tackles. He is quick to read and diagnose plays and triggers downhill effectively in run support. His length and speed allow him to man up with elite WRs as well as match up with TEs up the seam.
As with most aggressive players, he can get caught over pursuing or over running plays. He also still needs technical refinement on the more detailed nuances of Safety and Nickel play. Dunnigan would also benefit from adding a good 10-15 lbs and increasing core and functional strength to handle the rigors of a P4 college schedule.

3. WR Somourian Wingo 6'2" 180
Wingo is a multi sport athlete who brings basketball athleticism and elite ball tracking skills to the football field. Wingo excels at winning 50-50 balls and has the core strength to secure off target throws through contact. He is capable of playing both at X WR and in the slot to exploit mismatches. Dangerous after the catch he used his lateral agility and quick feet to make defenders miss and sheds tackles with a sturdy, powerful build.
Despite all his athleticism, Wingo lacks elite speed. Like most freshmen, he needs to add strength and some good weight. Wingo also must learn to be a more consistent run blocker.
Floor: Reliable Rotational Receiver/Chain Mover
Ceiling: All ACC WR/ Primary target for CFP contender.
4. WR Milan Paris 6'5½" 205
Milan Paris is a prospect at the X WR position. He possesses elite size and length that he uses to overwhelm smaller defensive backs. Has rare size/speed combination 4.54 40 that he uses to stretch the field. Has a massive catch radius as his length and leaping ability allow him to act as a "Rebounder" in the red zone where he specializes in winning 50/50 balls. Uses his size and strength as an asset in the run game where he blocks by driving defenders into the turf.
His weaknesses are a limited route tree as he must work on the ability to run more complex intermediate patterns plus he needs more fluidity to be able to maintain speed through his breaks on non vertical routes. Another 10-15 lbs of muscle would help him use his frame to better leverage P4 defenders.
Floor: Red Zone Specialist
Ceiling: NFL caliber X Receiver
5. DT Keyshawn Stancil 6'3" 275 lbs
Shows elite first step allowing him to quickly penetrate into the backfield. Stancil has shown a great amount of versatility as he has lined up anywhere from 0 tech(Nose) to 5 tech(edge) in 4 man fronts allowing for scheme versatility. Shows great strength at the point where he is known to deliver a devastating pop overwhelming defenders. Stancil has great pursuit ability and shows exceptional lateral quickness and a high motor tracking plays from the backside.
Stancil needs to work on his leverage as he plays too high at times. Also needs to develop an ****nal of counter moves for when his natural strength and speed are neutralized. Needs to work on improving hand placement and striking ability to shed blocks more effectively at the college level. Has the frame to add 20 lbs easily that will allow him to anchor vs ACC OLs.
Floor: Solid interior 2 down defender
Ceiling: All Conference/Top tier NFL prospect
6. LB JJ Edwards 6'1" 205 lbs
Edwards shows elite blitzing ability. Uses his speed and instincts to chase down ball carriers sideline to sideline. Plays with a nonstop motor often described as playing with "his foot on the gas at all times.". Edwards still needs to add muscle and strength to better handle the college game. He also still needs to better learn to finer points and techniques of playing LB. As a converted Safety Edwards isn't new to pass coverage but he still needs to refine his skills in zone and man.
Floor. Special Teams Standout/Situational Pass Rusher

7. OL Ben Congdon 6'7½ 320 lbs
Congdon possesses elite length(pause) and is described as "Playing Mad" and as someone who frequently records pancake blocks. He is a decorated heavyweight wrestler which translates to superior leverage, balance and hand strength.
Congdon is elite in the run game using elite punch power and the ability to manhandle defenders once he establishes leverage. He shows great effectiveness trapping and pulling on zone schemes and despite his massive size he shows surprising quickness and burst out of his stance. He is also know for his high motor and tenaciousness often chasing plays for 50 yards to block for his teammates.
He needs to refine his technique in Pass Pro as his high center of gravity can make him vulnerable to speed rushers. Like most freshmen he need to add strength and good weight. If he is forced to move laterally vs twitchy edge rushers, he can seem plodding.

8. CB Jaelen Waters 6'2" 180
Waters is a blue chip CB prospect with an elite frame and length(pause). He is highly proficient in press man coverage with elite instincts and ball skills. He is adept at turning and locating the ball which leads to pass breakups and interception. Waters is also very active and effective in run support. Waters does lack elite recovery speed and he needs to work on maintaining his speed through transitions as well as being more consistent as a tackles.
Floor. Depth Boundary Corner/Special Teams

9. TE Gavin Meuller 6'5" 255 lbs
Mueller scored a 93 explosion score with a 10 foot broad jump. In high school he played Tight End, Running Back and Wildcat QB and scored 30 TDs as a Senior. He is a natural hands catcher with a huge catch radius and body control and is dynamic after the catch with great burst and vision. He has only played football since his junior year so his position coach will need to work on refining his technique and blocking consistency.
Floor: Red Zone Specialist/Goal Line Weapon
Ceiling: All American TE/Elite NFL Prospect
10. DE Asharii Charles 6'2" 235 lbs
Charles is a high motor, explosive edge defender. He has a lightning quick first step that allows his to get across the LOS before the OT gets into his pass set. He is smaller than the typical DE at 6'2" 235 lbs yet he has 34" arms and 10½" hands. Together with his low center of gravity, Charles is able to easily gain leverage on opposing offensive linemen and Tight ends. He is known for his elite production with 24.5 sacks and 39 TFLs over both his Junior and Senior years. He is exceptionally strong for his size with a 360 LB power clean and a 400 LB bench press. He uses this strength to walk larger tackles back into the backfield. Charles is a violent finisher with a knack for creating negative plays and forcing fumbles(6 in 21 games). Since he is a smaller DE there are concerns about him consistently holding up vs the run. He can squeeze lanes and pursue outside the hashes but he needs to refine his technique to be a 3 down DE. He needs to be more consistently violent and precise with his hand placement in order to u lock his potential. He must prove he can set a hard edge before the coaches reward him with playing time. Key for Charles will be getting up to 250-255 lbs while maintaining his elite burst.
