True Freshman QB is not coming down here and beating our ***

UNC's third string QB whooped our ***.

The Defense needs to show up, or else Fuente will have his way. He'll have this dude murdering us with FB screens if we're not careful.

I don't understand why people are so invested in the idea our defense is a liability.

You'll find no greater champion of our defense than myself (even started a thread about it after the game), but the fact remains that a 1-8 team ran up over 400 yards of offense on us with their 3rd string QB at the helm. That's not elite level defense. I like our guys, but this idea that we're gonna shut a QB down just bc he's a true freshman is ridiculous. We haven't shown the ability to shut anybody down yet.

Are you also accounting that our defense is on the field all the time, so we're facing more plays and more yards.

I am. 92 snaps by UNC. Partly the Offense's fault. Partly the Defense's fault as well. We need to get off the field more frequently. Too many 3rd down conversions (especially long ones).
 
Our offense tried both give it away and win, of course the defense did work

We need a red zone conversion chain, 3rd down chain & scoring after turnover chain

McIntosh scooping up that ball on a bounce and taking smoothly 30 yards is the greatest thing ever

He got pounded just as I expected.

I would not be surprised if he has nightmares of our Defense every day for the rest of the season.

We got Mark Richt now Cribby. We all have been Cokerized, Shannonized, and Goldenized.

Though I gotta thank Randy for being a real Cane and helping UF tank even more.
