Been playing at extremely high level all year.. really happy for him to get some real coaching, I remember when he was being recruited he had impressive film and a **** of a first step.. previous staff wanted to fatten him up and peg him as next shayon or something..

Glad he got to show his talent with that first step, great getoff

Folden almost ruined him by playing him as "toolbox" . Im glad he's playing lights out. He has a high motor and shows relentless effort.

He doesn't have to look far to see who he should model his game after in the next level. Almost the same build and game as Olivier Vernon.

Preseason prediction thread I️ picked him to take Chads starting job. He might not be the “starter,” but I’m gonna go ahead and say I nailed that prediction.

Loved his game the last 2-3 years. Shows why guys like bandy , jaquan, tool box you recruit..a bit undersized for their position but have on the field instincts and heart

I saw him fixing someone's transmission in the parking lot after the game. Didn't even charge the guy. Said his pay is in knowing that it's a job well done.

I hope Trent makes conference all-american. He deserves it. Seems like the type of guy that'll have a solid 8 year career at the next level.

100%. And will have (relatively speaking) flown under the radar here as we see him announcing that he's from The U on Sunday Night Football in the year 2025.

Then again, it'll still be more refreshing than our old trend of sending guys to the NFL that didn't do anything here (due to no fault of their own).
