He wanted to play around 305...now LSU sites have people saying he's over 350.

Kid matriculated at Champagnat, so he's not very good with numbers. Probably transposed the zero and the five. He ready.
 
Kid will probably end up in Prep School. Maybe we can get him back down the road.

Im not very optimistic, and honestly, not nearly as interested in this kid as I was.

The fact that he showed up at LSU so overweight and out of shape does NOT speak well for his discipline or work Ethic. Courtel Jenkins busted his @ss and worked all the last two summers and his Senior year to get in much better shape, and has now come in here and is getting major reps as a TRUE FROSH at NT. And looks pretty **** good so far.

Meanwhile, Valentine couldnt even get straight grades from a two bit diploma mill in Hialeah, and cant even be cleared by the SEC. THE F*CKING SEC!!! How bad must your situation be if you cant get cleared to play in the SEC??? And to top it off, he shows up massively out of shape and overweight?

BUT BUT BUT.... He didn't want to play at 330 remember? Oh he didn't want to have to play early either, he wanted to Redshirt, LMFAO.

IMO this is a kid that we will probably hear from in another year or two on the JUCO circuit, or he will bust and we will never hear from him again.

But the way he handled his recruitment, coupled with how he showed up at LSU, does not bode well for his future IMO.

How do you show up MASSIVELY overweight and out of shape when you know you are starting Division I football?

I mean Wyche at least got screwed by the ACC and had to take an extra semester of work he wasn't planning on taking, and while he's out of shape, he's not massively overweight. He's just not been through any UTough and not ready to be carrying many reps. Sounds like TV wouldn't even sniff the field right now.

What a waste.

Honestly all I can do is just laugh. I remember being crucified here when I suggested that I wouldn't be surprised if Jenkins came in here and started before Valentine did, and people went APE SH*T. Yet here we have Jenkins who busted his @ss to get in shape and get better, and exploded his Senior year, now getting major playing time and looking pretty good, and TV cant even get cleared by the biggest joke of an academic conference in major CFB, and the dude shows up morbidly obese so cleared or not, he would not have sniffed the field at LSU or anywhere else this year.
 
Him and Keith Bryant are a lot alike.... talented but lazy and very immature. Not working out for either of them so far.

True, there are some similarities, although Valentine was not quite the clown show that Bryant was, he still did not handle things very well, and Im absolutely convinced there was some shady **** that went on with his recruitment. Just too many shady characters involved in that recruitment, too many weird issues and things that went on. TV couldnt even keep a straight story as to why he decided on LSU.. every other day his reasons changed. Mix that with L$U and a notorious and admitted street agent/hustler handling his recruitment, and a joke of a diploma mill school, and the whole thing just stunk to high heaven.

2 different stratospheres of talent and very different head cases. Keith is an attention seeking troll. TV is a mean crazy indecisive **** that has dbags advising him
