Well, I wouldn't really classify him as either, but he's more of a receiver than TE if I had to pick.

He's never going to have an extended blocking role here. He will be a great 3rd down/red zone target. Will be a good target in the middle of the field as well.

Hernandez relies on athleticism a lot more than Johnson IMO. Travis uses his size to box out defenders and superior hands to snatch anything thrown his way.
