Why would we bring someone in who quits at the first sign of adversity?

+1. Transfers should be reserved for rare occasions (ex. stud talent like Arthur Brown has some isolated problems at a school and has to transfer, but wants to succeed). These threads pop up every time some lazy or confused kid bails on a school...no thanks.

I don't know. If we think we're gonna be hit with scholarship reductions, would it be worth it to load up with players like Dixon; similar to what USC did? And please lay off a 17/18 year old kid making the first major decision of his life yofinding out that it was the wrong one. Some of you act as if you've never made a youthful, inexperienced decision to later regret it.
