Hope Lyle finds success wherever he is but can someone explain to me why he is staying? He is essentially RB4. Just doesn't make much sense to me.

Miami has actually seen what he can be on Greentree. He hasn’t shown anything to anyone else in over a year. He has zero worth in the portal. I doubt there’s a staff anywhere in CFB that likes him more and has the standards for him as our staff. This was his best option

We were very fortunate this year regarding injuries to our RB room after Lyle went down against ND. Seems like most years, we get hit way worse, so having 4-5 RB's that get carries, makes a lot of sense. Nothing would make me happier than for Lyle to re-emerge like the Phoenix and take the number 2 spot from Pringle and that's not a knock on Pringle.

As long as our RB's stay united with the team. I think this will FINALLY be the year where we have the O to go up early on most teams, and the D to hold off the opposition once we go up, so our backups can get real reps. We do that and we could have excellent RB depth again.
