Matocha is graduating. So you can count him out one way or the other. And Ragone will only get a scholarship if we are under 85, which we better not be.. I don't mind using 2-3 schollies for PWOs who make a difference like him. But not at this time. We need every one as we know some of those transfers won't work out.
