Next year will be Richt’s year.........,or the year after that..........or the year after that......or the year after that......if I don’t see improvement in 10 years from now I’m done with him....maybe 11 years.

Brings his son who probably wasn't even old to even know who Charlie Ward is to coach the qb's in Charlie image. Insecure *** brings in a bunch of yes men to tell him "yeah it'll work, it's just the players" to make him feel he's still got it he just needs 60 all Americans.

Hires a savage in Diaz who takes the talent in SFL and creates a **** raising scheme based on the talents, passion, and style of high school play of the kids in the area. He produces a top 5 defense.

Recruits a savage 2018 class of studs and tell them you work hard you play. Well they get in and realize their better than the upperclassmen and want burn. But, now he wants to play it safe because the upperclassmen know what to do. Bench the quarterback that's both a fan and players favorite so you could be comfortable going into the game with Malik. Result 4 game losing streak...

Not a good coach or CEO. His time is up, he was in a CEO role when UGA fired him. Only way this is salvaged is if he turns over 100% of the football dealing to the assistants and he just sits back and make moves on the staff when needes
