Tracy Howard

I'm gonna ask the same thing I ask every time this subject comes up...

HOW CAN A DC RUIN A CORNER'S CAREER? HOW CAN A DC MAKE A CORNER LOOK WORSE?

I didn't get an answer last time I asked this question so let's see what happens today.

And don't be general. "He puts him in a scheme that doesn't suit his press-man talents."

No.

Coaches hurt players careers all the time (not just Golden and co). How is that even debatable?

Who's debating whether it happens or not?

I asked HOW.

Why don't you explain it to us, Rex Ryan.

Here come Folden's vultures looking to scavenge the players. Howard is yet another 5 star to go missing in Folden's 5 star graveyard.

Howard looked like a blanket most of the game. Folden can't seem to figure out a way to generate a pass rush even with a DL full of monster talent.

Clearly you missed the entire game. Armstrong was constantly under pressure, we just couldn't bring him down. Nice try though

Some of the pretty obvious ones:

Not teaching proper technique
Not generating a pass rush
Playing players out of position

I see this at HS and college levels. Why is this important?

They were going after him because they are scared of Artie and Elder. Howard made some really good plays, but when you're getting thrown at as much as he was yesterday, there will be some plays made by the other guys. Having safeties out didn't help at all.

outside of artie's int, he gave up quite a few catches.

Sorry for the down vote, I hit the wrong arrow.

So all of the lower rated CB recruits that are playing better than Howard here didn't have the same technique training and pass rush?

I quoted his post, I don't see Howard's name anywhere out there.

He will be fine next year

In the NFL

I hardly think his 4.7 40 will get him on an NFL roster. I really hope so and he has a great career because I love when he committed to the U. It was a big moment for the U and I wish him all the luck but the odds are stacked against him.

Ok, check it...

People are saying that this scheme is ruining Howard's career.

Again...

Somebody explain how a scheme ruins a CB's career.
