If we go 3 for 3 on Mensah, Seaton and Wilson, does that lock Canes up for top TP class? Def lacking in size but the quality at premium positions would be hard to match IMO!

Were a top 10 team preseason. I don't predict seasons anymore. All teams are 1 qb injury from being ****ed during the season.
Ole Miss did ok with Chambliss once Simmons went down. Have to imagine Nickel would have a good enough O line to be halfway decent should he be the #2

Can't worry about these arbitrary rankings. The question should be do you trust the coaches' evals (they have earned our benefit of the doubt)?

To counter- arguably our two most important portal guys were Scott and Thomas and neither was very highly ranked in the portal
I don't know that we reach the top 10 in the portal with those 3 added. ND has a nice class of 8 or 9 players and they are barely in the top 10. I don't remember where Indiana ranks, but they brought in 17 players for a very nice class. Some big programs have almost 40 transfers in for this class. Those programs are the top ranked. Even if we get those 3 players, I still wanted players at about 4 more spots that no longer have the talent that it once did. It doesn't matter what I want, though.
