"Tough Team Meeting"

Talk is cheap. Unless there is a penalty for underperforming, it will continue. What happened to "the next man up" theory? If someone can't get the job done. get them off the field. If your subs are so bad they can't get the job done, then the rest of our season is doomed.

Seriously, that dude's team has been picked to be in the final four the last two years by a half dozen ESPN people, **** lucky he beat Army. He was supposed to have one of the best O-lines in the nation, and you're going to use him as a comparison for a 1st year coach, new team, young O-line? Jesus he may wish Urban was still at Ohio State this year, the way the Buckeyes have been playing.

Accountability Coach Speak from a 💯 underachieving coach, he's getting better at it every year.

Negative. You can't stand up there and preach about the "Miami Hurricane standard" for 4 years, cherry-pick your staff and let this performance happen after seeing the warning-signs in practice, then stand up there and spit that mess without taking any responsibility. Being a first-year coach doesn't absolve you of accountability or awareness to know how your words and lack of personal accountability can create malignant programs.
