If Blake James even had basic skills, he would already have reached out to Tom Herman, who is currently analyzing offense for the Chicago Bears. Miami could take advantage of Texas's buyout and backload the contract. Bring him in for the bye and cut bait on Corch Manuela.

Joe Brady will be coaching in Miami soon, but not the Hurricanes.

Anyway, I like the name drop of Tom Herman. I can see him working out here. Didnt dominate at UT, but he checks a lot of boxes.

May I ask what boxes he checks?

His teams were undisciplined, and he acted like a bigger loser in his post game pressers than Manny does.

Herman is complete trash, and should never coach a power 5 program again.

Ask literally any Texas fan.

So you are hiring one guy now, mid-season, to be the coach moving forward without interviewing anyone else?

Herman is not terrible but he’s not exactly Urban Meyer either

Funny, you did what you accuse me of, but hey, it’s the UM board and Ive experienced this nonsense since Canestime devolved into a disaster. As for Brady, maybe I’m wrong, maybe you are, but a 32 year old OC earning $1.5 million may well jump at a HC job earning $4 million a year and a lifetime of financial security for his family.
