Our top 50 can go with anyone in the nation
Nice list but Ahmad Moten deserves to at least be on your Honorable Mentions and Jordan Lyle should be in your top 25.In spirit of week 1 of fall camp being over and the coaches Poll coming out and AP polls coming outi believe tomorrow (correct me if im wrong) I thought I’d do my own top 25 players so far in fall camp.
- This is based on all info during last years performance + Spring/fall camp reports thus far
* Rankings are top 25 best overall players
* Projected impact also factored
* Rankings will be updated every few days based on new reports
*Until reported otherwise I will assume all players at full health (by the start of the season)
1. RT - Francis Mauigoa
2. QB - Carson Beck
3. DE - Reuben Bain
4. LT - Markell Bell
5. LB - Mohamed Troure
6. DE - Ahkeem Messidor
7. RG - Anez Cooper
8. DT - David Blay
9. CB - Xavier Lucas
10. S - Zachariah Poyser

21. NCB - Keionte Scott
22. RB - CharMar Brown

Honorable mentions (there is a lot of talent on this team): KR - Keelan Marion, S - Jakoby Thomas, S/CB - Damari Brown, LB - Kellen Wiley, LB/S - Cam Pruitt, LB - Popo Aguirre, WR - Josh Moore
I could easily argue for anyone in the top 10 being drafted. A lot of guys with NFL futures on this team in my opinion
Is Blount moving inside? I thought he was staying at DE. I know that he will move inside in certain packages/situations.Crazy that I didn’t even think of Moten and I think very highly of him and expect good things from him this year.
I’m excited at how Blount is sounding inside. That could give us a DL rotation of:
DE: Reuben Bain | Hayden Lowe
DT: David Blay | Ahmad Moten
DT: Justin Scott | Armando Blount
DE: Ahkeem Messidor | Marquis Lightfoot
That’s a TALENTED DL
I believe you have Cooper and Scott too high and Frederique and Blay too lowUpdated for game week*
I been thinking about who i think the top 25 players on NDs team would be but I wouldn’t have a clue so (for experimental reasons) if a ND fan sees this and wants to spit out their top players from fall camp then go ahead.
I’m intrigued at how our BEST compared to their BEST and I am talking specific players/matchup

Final impression:
This is an IMPRESSIVE list in my opinion, we have a very talented team, and odds are we will have the better QB in every game we play..…we are a physically impressive team. This is the best list of players Miami’s has had in 20 years
The Matchup im most excited to see is Xavier Lucas/OJ Frederique/Ethan O’Connor Vs Malachi Fields & Stackhouse, I might even include Love in there (ND will try it), if we shut them down I believe BAIN, one of our best players, will have his against ND. If we can pin our ears back and rush I feel excellent about our odds and I already feel pretty good about them
This list has alot of players with pro potential, great to see the evolutionUpdated after week 3 because why TF not.

***Lofton, Trader, Lyle & Lowe were all automatically excluded from the top 25 due to injury/lack of reps
These rankings are now predicated based on REAL game results
That’s a **** good list, this is depth I haven’t seen in my lifetime. Until now.
Side note: I honestly believe that the maturity this team has on TOP of finishing last year with an absolute THUD. Is exactly what will propel this team farther this season.
I’ll play alongUpdated after week 3 because why TF not.

This is a poor analysis. I'm not sure if you understand what slighty means. Now that the regular season has concluded let’s see how everything fared.
*COMPARISON of 2024 to 2025*
QB Room:
- Fall Camp prediction: Slightly BETTER overall
- End of season result: Slightly worse overall
RB Room:
- Fall Camp prediction: Push
- End of season result: slightly worse overall
WR Room:
- Fall Camp prediction: Drop off but not sharp
- End of season result: PUSH, Toney is elite, Daniels/Marion/JMoore/Upshaw/Tony Johnson have done great replacing George/Brown/Horton. Definitely exceeded my expectations
TE Room:
- Fall Camp prediction: Improved from 24’ OVERALL
- End of season result: Push but more versatility, Bauman is what he is but Lofton has gotten more and more involved as he has gotten healthier. Schott getting hurt sucks because I had my eye on him
OL:
- Fall camp prediction: IMPROVED compared to 24
- End of season result: slight improvement pass pro, slight regression in run block (overall a push, still elite)
DL Room: Improved from 24’
LB Room: Improved from 24’
CB Room: IMPROVED from 24’
S Room: Improved from 24’
- End of season result: EVERY aspect on defense improved immensely, this is an elite unit.
K/P:
- Fall Camp prediction: Worse from 24’
- End of season result: PUSH
Davis has been great for us, how he does against an A&M crowd is another story though.
KR/PR:
- Fall camp prediction: Improved from 24’
- End of season result: KR about the same, PR definitely improved with Toney back there.
I used the term “slight” in regards to QB/RB & OL play. This is a poor analysis. I'm not sure if you understand what slighty means.
My man...no one cares about how logical or factual your analysis is. If I don't agree with every single word of it, it's trash. I don't make the rules.I used the term “slight” in regards to QB/RB & OL play.
- QB: we are improved in the short-intermediate pass game compared to last year and we are worse in the deep/explosive plays. That give and take equated to only a slight drop off in the passing game. Would you argue the disparity from 2024 to 2025 is wider when taking into consideration all tangibles ?
- RB: Fletcher is improved from last year, amazing in Pass Pro too, Pringle/Brown give us quality depth and versatility and when you compare it to the OVERALL room from 2024 and 2025 the 2025 room isn’t far behind, Martinez is what gives 2024 the edge but overall body of work closes that gap when you look at the rooms as a whole.
- OL: We were elite in pass protection last year and I feel we took a step forward, not a major step because we were ALREADY elite, so there isn’t much room to go up.
This year our Run Blocking has been fine, but it’s worse overall compared to last year I would argue scheme has more to do with it then the 5 we have on the line. Although I’d argue that Carpenter was better than Brockermyer has been. I MIGHT upgrade run blocking to “reasonable drop off”
