Toure should not be on this list. Our lbs were the weakness of the Defense!

Blount is to high imo
 
Fitzgerald should be top 7 IMO because he was second in the Country in INTs while sharing time. Lowe cannot be put in the top 30 until he steps on the field - period! Everyone who has played a down should be ahead - for now..

Dumbest post of the year! Your leading tackler on a top 5 defense that doesn’t even feature the LBs is not a top player on your team?!! Sityoassdown!!

HM. Lofton - could easily play himself into the top 15
HM. Cantwell - my expectations are sky high - Mauigoa freshman year type expectations
HM. Scroggins - played a lot as a freshman on the best DL of the last 5 years in CFB. Can't be too bad and won't be surprising.

List is a nice offseason diversion, but not sure about the intent. Is it the 20 best players, 1 thru 20? Or 20 players deemed most important heading into spring?
If it’s 20 most pivotal to success, then obviously need QB high, but then positions where we have questions - center, Cantwell & inexperienced OL, Lowe & portal DE, replacements for Scott & Thomas.

You simply do not know football. Many on here act as if Toure' is a gamer wrecker!. He is a decent player, pure and simple.

I look for the Ray Lewis's, Jesse Armstead's, Dan Morgan's, ... Nuff said!!!

I didn’t say he was a game wrecker. However, he does exactly what the defense requires of him and at a high level. When he hits people they go backwards. He is not asked to flow freely and go sideline to sideline and hit ****. His job is to take on the guards and come downhill and hit the ball carrier. Our safeties and rover handle everything else on the outside most of the time

We're talking top 20 on the team, not All-American/Hall of Fame level.

what is crazy is in last offseason wasnt the sentiment from D$ and others that the defense was lacking a tone setter? Someone to lay that big hit and get the defense to rally, fast forward to the end of the season seems like we had multiple people fit that bill from Bain, Messidor, Mo, Thomas, Poysner, all were thumping people.

True, brown has shown his worth when he is on the field and is a dam* good player. My pops always brings damari and o.j. up when it comes to the talent those guys got.
