1 Bama 10-0 - vs Mercer, @Aub, SECCG vs UGa - Even with injuries I believe they will finish 13-0
2 Clemson 9-1 - vs Citadel, @USCe, ACCCG vs Miami - 11-2
3 Miami 9-0 - vs UVa, @Pitt, ACCCG vs Clemson - I believe when they win the next 2 The Canes will win in Charlotte.
4 OU 9-1 - @KU, vs WVU, Big12CG vs TCU - 11-2 Because Gary Patterson will win next time around
5 Wisky 9-0 - vs Mich, @Minny, Big10CG vs Ohio St. - 11-1
6 Auburn 8-2 - vs ULM, and vs Bama - 9-3
7 Georgia 9-1 - vs Ken, @GT, SECCG vs Bama - 11-2
8 ND 8-2 - vs Navy, @ Stanford - 9-3
9 Ohio St 8-2 - vs Illinois, @Michigan, Big10CG vs Wisky - 11-2

Obviously the Alabama/Auburn game will be the most anticipated of the remaining games, and everyone's kind of tantalized at the prospect of Auburn beating Bama and becoming a 2 loss SEC champ But I'm also gonna throw out what I think is an equally tantalizing scenario: Alabama beats Auburn and then loses to Georgia in the SEC title game - after Georgia loses to Georgia Tech. Imagine what that will do to the mix!
 
Not understanding the TCU beating OU argument. TCU has a good defense and OU might as well let the other team start at the 50 to get the ball back quicker, but Baker Mayfield is pretty special and playing at a crazy high level. I would still favor OU in a rematch.
 
Bama is in no matter what. The committee putting them at 1 locked up their spot. Just hoping they now beat Auburn & Georgia. But Auburn will probably beat Bama & Georgia again so they can have their 2 SEC teams in like they want.

Bama will beat Auburn there is no doubt in my mind

Need Michigan and maybe Ohio State to beat Wisconsin

Im thinking the other way. I think Auburn hands Bama their *** tbh. Not worried about Wiscy.
 
I hope the SEC ***** the bed on some stupid **** like like Bama losing to Mercer but beating Auburn and losing to UGA, while UGA loses to GT.

You realize in 2001 and 2002 we were dropped from #1 to #2 for 1 week each season and then moved back up.

Oh please dear God let us get to playoffs and let Ohio state be our first opponent. I don't think there is a single cane fan that would not WALK to that game.
 
Wisconsin may go down this week. It doesn't affect us at this point, but a game to keep an eye on.

And Alabama has to play Auburn at Auburn. That will be a game they may lose. We could be #1 going into the conference championship.

I just hope we get to play Oklahoma and Alabama if we get to the playoff.

The only, ONLY thing that would keep them out is getting absolutely mauled by Auburn or Georgia. Even then, they might make it in.

Like 55-3 maybe they’re out.
 
When we beat Clemson the narrative will switch to "well I know they smoked VT and ND and well beat Clemson in the ACCCG and eerrr well undefeated BUTTTT we need to see how they do in the playoffs to make sure they arent fraudulent"
