idc wtf they say I used my eyes, same reason I used my eyes and saw Bain as a 5 star. Deceptively is a nice way in saying someone is not fast. When those words are used imo its not good most of the time. Go watch his film side by side with JJ and tell me JJ running in a whole different gear, the same gear that couldn't touch Keonte Scott

Agree. I don’t remember Leggett being fast at all. Maybe he had track speed, but he did not have that speed on the field. He needs off this list. Nowhere near the top 10.

He loved to step out of bounds right before being hit. He hated contact.

I know you said of "recent memory," but probably the fastest Cane I've watched play was Randall Hill. That guy had crazy afterburners. Another who was insanely fast was Bennie Blades.
