i hate trying to reproduce another program or team. It happens all the time in the NFL and it NEVER works. The Dolphins (and a dozen other teams)have tried to emulate New England for 5 years. Just hire the best guys and build the best progrum you can . Miami can be very special in our own right, we have seen it before. You can see people starting to get real nervous about what may happen down here.
