My wife was making stuff for a bake sale a while back and asked if she could substitute bread flour for cake flour. I gave a 10 minute explanation of the difference in protein levels and the effect of gluten production. Mrs. D08 feels the same about me that you do about Alton.

he had some of his best years with Denver. Career best 55 TD and high QB rating. His last year was bad but he was injured.
