Good game Canes! Twas a fun atmosphere. Y'all brought a good 5k fans. Toledo made some good money at 70$ a pop. The fans I tailgated with were some cool dudes. The food was amazing! I'd gladly do it again if Miami came back to our neck of the woods. I hope those who went or met us can vouch for the scene, venue, and city.

BTW: someone owes me 10$ for betting Toledo wouldn't score a passing TD. Venmo please.

Observations: We didnt have much game experience for our QB so it was a slow start. Miami had a good game plan defensively. We adjusted nicely at half and ran out of steam in the 4th. Your D line was too much for our OLine which is probably the weakest unit on the team. Toledo will be one of the better offenses at skill positions you play. Shutting down Thompson was impressive though. By doing that Dieonte got loose. You pick your battles though. I bet Miami kills Fiu and Toledo is a game you can hang your hat on come November.

For those that want me to eat crow, quote a post I said. I will if proven wrong. I never gave a score prediction on here though. I just wanted a fun atmosphere, and I got that!

It was a good game. Seems Toledo has a good coaching staff. Good test for ththe canes

Good luck to you guys going forward. I’m sure you guys learned a lot this weekend. But I’ll be ****ed at you guys if Jaquan Johnson misses any significant time. We need him October 6th cause #20 is gonna give me a heart attack.

Classy post, game went pretty much how I expected it to. On a side note that DB that tried to rip Rosiers head off is a ****, totally uncalled for.

I thought Toledo played a very solid game, especially offensively. The QB took some tough shots but kept getting back up. He showed some really nice touch on some deep passes. There was two over the shoulder catches along the sidelines that could not have been better thrown. Good skill talent but just not enough horses on the lines.
