If we get Zo to come here, what would be everyones thoughts on getting him to bring Todd Monken with him from Cleveland?

I’ll leave it someone like @Lance Roffers or @Roman Marciante to give more insight into whether he’s actually any good, but he’s had some offenses that put up big numbers over the years

I promise once an OC is selected I will do my research and break it down the best I know how. Knowing Lance, he will do the same. I am looking forward to it. I have seen so many names fly across I am just waiting until it's official before I go into the lab.

I will say that I am in the process of touching up some of my YouTube formatting and will branch off hitting other offenses across the country for fun this off season. Need to stop staring at the same tree and appreciate the whole forest.

I have no idea who Todd Monkey is but if he's a qualified coach, will he want to work for a guy who is not?

He left a HC job at Southern Miss for the NFL. He aint coming back to College

He was the OC for the Buccs in 2018 & OC for the Browns in 2019...

Just go watch any games of Tampa in 18 & Cleveland in 2019 to see what type of play caller & coordinator he is.

2019 - 14th in yards per play in NFL
2018 - 2nd in yards per play in NFL
2017 - 9th in YPP
2016 - 23rd in YPP

2015 - 9th in YPP in the nation at SoMiss
2014 - 102nd in YPP
2013 - 116th in YPP

2012 - 3rd in YPP as Okie St OC
2011 - 3rd in YPP

Not sure what else you want.

He doesn't usually have a heavy volume run game, but has in the past and has had big time backs have monster years.

Monken is a fantastic coach.

Runs (more or less) the air raid but with a power run game mixed in.

Was EXTREMELY successful as OC at Oklahoma State. And ran a very successful offense with the Bucs as OC (as stated above, he did not call plays in Cleveland)

Yep. He was even being talked about as an NFL HC candidate last year. Would be nice to take advantage of his stock falling after a weird year in Cleveland

He was also part of Sabans staff at LSU (as a WR coach I believe).

I wanted Yurcich (who replaced Monken at Ok State) but Monken would be an excellent hire.

He was OC at Okie State with Weeden and HC at SoMiss with Nick Mullens.

Doesn't look like he stays anywhere very long, 3-4 years max. Left college for NFL twice, so i don't see him wanting to be in college.
