Today underscores how bad this program is run.

Everyone is making changes. ****** teams that were awful and don’t have the money to make a move(USF) even have the balls to make a change. Programs that are going to a bowl game and have better recruiting classes(Texas) are making wholesale changes. Programs on the rise are firing coaches because they are “changing philosophies”(asu) and the coaches don’t fit the new philosophy. Yet here sits um without even changing position coaches. No smoke, no desire, no nothing. Just sitting pat and letting college football pass them by again. The excuses about keeping coaches for certain recruits does not hold water after today. **** a minority of UCF fans want Heupel to take another job and to bring in someone like Napier/Joe Brady and they are going to win 10 games this year. Today shows um has no desire to win. Everyone else does.

**** context of situations..if manny makes changes and goes 8-5 he should be fired. If he Doesn’t makes changes and goes 8-5 he should be fired. If this oline gets better the offense will improve. If 15 gets better the offense will improve. If none of that happens Diaz will be gone.

Herman at Texas is gonna be in year 4. He is scapegoating ppl after having a terrible season after coming into the season ranked in the top 10..Herm decided to start a TF QB and is now scapegoating his OC...yada yada..point is clear Diaz is about to be gone if he doesn’t get it done next year

While I agree with you on a change being needed, none of those teams you mentioned made a change after year 1. So it still doesn’t compare

Manny must not want to admit he made a mistake and hope these guys improve

But enos is just wrong for Miami his style is the complete opposite of what we need

He’s the offensive dno
I knew after Maryland that he was not a good fit and then a couple years later we were 116 in total d, he was historically bad

Enos is the same thing, historically bad and we had a historic losses this year

If enos stays, manny will be fired next year

Which is why all fans should be boycotting this dumpster fire program until real changes are made.

It's why I'm good with Manny staying with the status quo. I never thought he should've been the coach here and if we have another season similar to this one, he'll be on his way out of here. And hopefully Blake James goes with him.

If he is unable to correct mistakes because he doesn’t want to admit they were mistakes, he has no shot at being the guy. The top guys in all industries make adjustments and corrections constantly. They learn from their own mistakes and those of others.
