To the people saying we CAN'T make the playoffs:

We don't need anyone to do anything. We still control our destiny. Beat Clemson, win the ACC, and you make the playoff. All of these scenarios before were just in case our one loss came to Clemson in the championship game. SEC Champ is in, ACC Champ is in, and the final two spots come down to the Big 10 champ, the Big 12 champ, and a one-loss Alabama team (if they lose). End of story.

There's a whole lot of craziness that can happen tomorrow so nothing is set in stone. Let's just see what happens. We won't be in the top 4 on Tuesday but I'm betting on the boys coming out fired up next Saturday night at which point anything can happen. If they win next Saturday, they're in the playoffs. If not, the Orange Bowl is a pretty good consolation prize. I believe that's how it would play out as we're the second best team in the ACC in my view.
 
VT winning right now is helping us

ND and Clemson winning tomorrow will too

If those two win and we beat Clemson we're in 100% in my opinion


Even if ND or Clemson loses then I can't see ACC champ with one loss getting left out

SO sick of you guys looking ahead. Who cares about the playoffs right now. We are in a playoff game next week. Period the end. Lets go out and curb stomp Clemson and worry about what comes next. Like what we worry about translates but all week long you guys were talking about "what if we lose to Clemson...do we make the playoffs"

I just want to win the dam ACC for once. What happens after that is just gravy

So if you want to win the ACC your worried and about the Clemson game to. Right

My point is who cares about the playoffs, why talk about it? We have to beat Clemson. Everyone talking about us getting into a playoff as a 1 loss team is overlooking the obvious that we have to beat Clemson. Its like its already a foregone conclusion and we beat Clemson.
