First off - your question is asinine at best because we likely don't have a shot at anything other than the Coastal this season. Winning the ACCCG (if we get there) is doubtful because we aren't ready to play with Clemson yet, and I highly doubt we make the playoff with 2 losses so far.
That being said - with this skill position talent and this defense, Morris/Kaaya would have a great shot at the Coastal at least...Morris more than Kaaya, and I think Morris would give us the best shot against Clemson. If we ride with Perry for the rest of the season and we make the changes we need to offensively...maybe Perry's good enough to be considered that caliber of QB too.
The issue is - no matter which QB we plug in, we still have Richt calling the same plays that are continuously getting stuffed by good defenses. Some of it is execution, some of it is the playcall itself, some of it is having the right personnel in the right place. The issue is a combination of things that all pretty much comes back not to a lack of talent on the field (except for maybe at a couple of OL spots and Rosier), but with the coaching/preparation/playcalling.
For personnel not being used correctly - take for instance the 3rd and 11 before our first FG against UVA. We line up 4 wide, to the left wider side of the field, Cager is outside and Harley is inside. Lots of route combinations to choose from...pre-snap, I called it from the stands - fade to Harley. Why? Because it makes the least sense. What happened? Fade to Harley that had zero chance, we settle for the FG.
